I ordered I thought thru JC Penney but emails came thru as Aurorabell.com I have sent many emails in which they said they would track my shipment as I was able to get a tracking # that said it was delivered but now I get no response and still have not received my products ordered

I thought it was a JCPenney sale did not note it was #pincanry11625 until order completed and credit card given also did not realize it was in Hong Kong until I got pending in Mastercard and they wanted me to contact them but I can't
