They call me almost every hour until I block them. But they use other numbers after that and I can't keep up with the vast number of phone numbers they call me from. I supposedly owe 400 from a payday loan in 2011. Which I never took a loan. They have my old address, last 4 of my social, phone number, last few numbers of my bank account. This part is scary. I really thought I maybe actually owed them money.

A company called JCC is trying to collect money for a company called Alpine Direct Services they had incorrect info on when the loan and they were not able to provide any proof. Also Alpine services has since shut down. I have never taken out a loan through alpine services.

I have been called by the same number on two of the cell phones on my account for a debt that I know doesn't exist. The last time I spoke with them I was told they would be coming to my place of employment. Which I am disabled and do not work.

My sister was notified by 1 855-238-8187 that I had an urgent claim against me. They then proceeded to call me and identified themselves as JCC. They asked me for the last four didgets of my social. I declined to give out personal info. The man got angry and said the last four of my social. He asked me if it was correct and again I stated that I would not disclose any information as I do not know what the debt is or company. He told me I better have a good attorney, that I will ebe issued a subpoena and hung up.

Upon further investigation, the phone number 1 855 238 8187 ,is being said to be a debt collections scam by others on the internet. How they got my sister's number and mine is beyond me. How do I stop them from harassing my family?

Company JCC called saying they had someone out to serve me unless I paid a debt from a payday loan. I never took out this payday loan. They would not give me an address besides Miami, FL and would not provide a website. They also would not provide a validation of debt stating that "they papers served would be validation". Also told me JCC was not an acronym for anything.

Company called JCC calling myself and family members claiming about a payday loan done in 2013. reported to local sheriff's office. called numbers of people who have no relation to me and asking about info. Company says it's for 350 loan and I owe 450 to settle it. Never done and confirmed with old bank to verify no transaction took place.

Call from 8882122676. Same robocall message/info as calls that originally came from 8666153453, including direction to call 8666153453. That number refuses to provide mailing address to request validation of debt. Calls daily to multiple numbers seeking my old name provided below, including my children whose numbers I would not have given out.

I NOTICE I WAS GETTING A CALL FROM 1-888-212-2676. I CALLED THAT NUMBER AND THEN IT TOLD ME TO CALL 1-866-615-3453 AND ALSO HAD ACCT# ***. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH AN AMY. AMY THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME I DID A LOAN ONLINE (2011) IN THE AMOUNT OF 300.00 AND NOW WITH THE FEES IT CAME UP TO 510.00 AND KENTWORD WAS THE COMPANY WHO GAVE ME THE LOAN. I TOLD AMY I DONT REMEMBER DOING ANYTHING LIKE THIS. AMY WANTED ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT TODAY. I TOLD HER I WASNT GOING TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER HEARD OF THIS. AMY SAID IF I DIDNT MAKE A PAYMENT THEY WAS GOING TO PUT A LIEN OUT AND ATTACK MY WAGES. I TOLD AMY I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND ALSO WAS GOING TO CONTACT BBB. AMY PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN THE PHONE GOT DISCOUNTED.

Keep getting calls Say their company is JCC and doing a collections call on a payday loan back in 2011 which have never done a payday loan. They call other family member trying to get info and saying there will be a judgement if money is not paid. They have be told to send info in the mail

Received robocalls/calls by individuals at multiple numbers including spouse, parent, and adult child. Tried to obtain SSN from spouse and adult child. Told adult child they needed to find me 'to serve papers' which immediately made him suspicious. They would not provide him a company name or address and hung up on him. All from 866-615-3453. Given case number. Husband was also refused any information because he would not provide SSN. When I called to request written verification the 'computers are down' and 'we do not provide a mailing address for security purposes' and 'it is not required by law to provide an address' after which I am hung up on. I have flagged their number on my phone so it goes to voice mail but am concerned they will harass my dad. Claim to be "JCC from Miami, FL" but will give no additional details. None of my contacted family members confirmed any info. Name used by company is no longer my name, but is how I am filling out this report.
