I ordered 14 items on Oct.6 for a total of $36.08 and charged it to my credit card.I have not received the merchandis I e-mailed them a week ago but have not received a response. Learned my lessoon

I thought I was ordering clearance clothing from the JCPENNEY, advertised. Placed my order on May 4 and received a shipping date and tracking number. Was told it was finally delivered today, June 6 and it was not. Tracking number is bogus.
