I paid by Pay Pal Mastercard. They entered an order TRACKING # WUYOU4546212560 for both orders (Order 240506122041869 & 240506132211814). They lost the 1st shipment, then claimed that I received it; which I didn't (I have security cameras with proof). They then claimed to have reshipped a replacement order under tracking (# C2S80616918CN) ALL SHIPMENTS SUPPOSEDLY WENT THROUGH A SHIPPING COMPANY "TRACK618" COPIED BELOW.
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SHIPMENTS THAT I PAID FOR.
I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK & FORTH WITH 2 EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT KEEP CLAIMING THAT THEY WILL CREDIT MY PAYPAL CREDIT CARD, BUT NEVER DID.
The worst part is that PayPal Mastercard refused to credit me, even though I have EVERY EMAIL ([email protected] & [email protected]) from this company stating they will credit me.
I will be filing a claim against PayPal Mastercard as well, BECAUSE THEY NEVER TOOK MY PROOF OF EMAILS FROM ME, REGARDING THE SHIPPER CLAIMING THEY WILL CREDIT ME. I HAVE BEEN GETTING EMAILS FROM JUNE TO NOVEMBER 2024 ADMITTING THEY WILL CREDIT ME-------BUT NOTHING. THE SHIPPER STOLE MY MONEY AND PAYPAL MASTERCARD HELPED THEM.
