I received 2 packages from JDS Pro Health that contained COVID test kits. The letter that was included states first that "medicare has made a provision for its recipients to receive EIGHT Covid 19 at home, test kits at NO COST to the recipient." I am not a medicare recipient. It further stated, "you may receive a zero dollar explanation of benefits from Medicare billed in collaboration with JDS Pro Health, LLC." I'm not sure why I am receiving these kits, or whether they are valid. Scammers claiming to be from Medicare have been trying to contact me regularly. This looks like another one.
