I purchased jewelry from Facebook marketplace. She stated that the gold chains were 9 grams and 2 grams. When I was able to weigh them a couple days later I discovered that the gold chains were only 5 grams and 1 gram. She refused to give me a refund. She told me I could get the higher gram chains but I would have to pay a $100 per gram more for each additional gram.
