I ordered a coffee mug from this company that was to be shipped a few days after order. Payment was taken on December 1st 2024. Tracking info provided by the Shop app. Tracking still says preparing shipment. I have not received my item and have attempted to contact the company via the email provided by the Link in the shop app as well as via the product website and have had no response. I have emailed them 4 times with. No response. No product, which was to be a Christmas gift, no refund. I’ve been completely ghosted.
