Contact reached out for an estimate for roof replacement and would not provide a phone number for contact. Once I sent him the estimate he responded and wanted the work done and requested our credit card merchant so he could make a payment. I responded to him and told him he would need to meet me at the property where the work was to be performed and would need to come into the office if he wanted to pay by credit card. I researched the information he gave me on the property and let him know that the property was in someone else's name and the property owner would need to sign the contract and meet with me. I again asked him for a phone number that I could call him on. His response was that he could not talk on the phone due to his PTSD and could only talk via e-mail.
