I received a text message stating the Manuel guy won the lottery and is blessing random people. The text stated that I was a random winner chosen. I did not reply but I know it is a scam. Then it list a man name Jeffery Steven as an “agent” with a phone number to text him. Manuel Franco won the lottery in 2019!
