He offered a job that requires a payment before starting since he still needs to process the documents. He told me it would take months to process the documents so he said I needed to wait. It's been a year and he never contacted me again after I've been reaching out to him about an updates. Last month he replied and promised me he'll return the money on September 30, 2024 but still hasn't made any refund. I've been trying to contact him again but he never replied.
