The website Jellycat.us.com was originally advertised on facebook (though I put website I’m just remembering now I seen the company on Facebook and clicked the link) when I clicked the link all looked identical to the actual Jellycat website even the url is identical well I ordered thinking nothing of it. $58.10 worth on September 5th. I’ve waited and waited and tried contacting numerous times after no response I sent one last email to [email protected] that I was contacting the better business bureau if my item was not shipped nor received or my money returned to me. I didn’t contact my bank 1) because it’s my husband account and 2) it was so long ago i took it as a loss. The reason I’m telling better business bureau is so this website doesn’t scam anyone else for even more than I tried. The only email i received from this fake company was a confirmation email of my order which i attached as an upload I still have the email handy if you ever need me to forward it or take more screenshots of the amount etc
