The website jenniferjohn-charleston.com promoted an online shopping store presenting quality, well-made and fashionable shoes and clothes. I lost $129.87. Was targeted with social media ads and ultimately website hosted on shopify. I tried contacting them at [email protected].

I ordered an outfit from Jenniferjohn-charleston.com to wear to a wedding rehearsal dinner. It took three weeks to be delivered. I sent them an email after 2 weeks and asked where it was. I had to email them twice before I got an answer. They were vague and said it was on its way. Once I finally received it, I realized that it came from China and not Delaware where they claim they are located. The outfit is not a medium unless you are 6 ft tall and larger than I am.

Their website says to email them at an “Info” address, [email protected]. I have emailed them 3 times and heard nothing from them. I called their Delaware based number, (302) 760-9909, and I got a recording to email them.

I have been scammed and probably will not retrieve my $75 I paid them. I lost a total of $74.95.

This company, JenniferJohn-Charleston.com, is posing as an american based company, all while being based out of Asia. None of the products I recieved are the correct size or material described on the website. it was only after a week and a half after my order did I track my package as saw that it was coming from Asia. i reached out to the company immediately to address this issue and also read reviews from many people who were scammed. DO NOT BUY!

They put on a facade of a clothing boutique based out of Delaware at jenniferjohn-charleston.com. The order actually shipped from China and the items are of poor quality. I lost $107.00 on this order. No response from customer service yet on a refund, even after emailing [email protected].

This website shows their location as Charleston, SC. The product (shoes) sent to me had a broken clasp and inferior quality. When trying to return the shoes, I'm informed I can only return and pay for shipping to a warehouse in China. I was offered a 10% refund if I just keep the shoes. The website claims hassle free returns and customers responsible for shipping costs ONLY if due to change of mind or an exchange. I'm returning due to product defect.

Item ordered from website said it was a wool blend and polyester. Item that arrived is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It is see through and screen printed.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Jenniferjohn-charleston.com. Company made it look like it was a US company, but sent shoes 3 sizes too big. When contacted about returning, said I have to pay and return the item to China. Not fair when they are the ones that sent the wrong item. I lost $70. I read multiple places now this is happening to many people. They should be shut down. They are targeting Americans and robbing us.
