I ordered 2 items from JenniferJohnCharleston.com, a company that presented as an American based business. I paid approx $120 for 2 clothing items that looked of much better and different quality and looks on the website. Once it finally

Came it the quality was so poor that it was absolutely ridiculous. This is not just me saying oh it wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be- it was absolute cheap trash. A $60 dress was a cheap screen print design on cheap thin polyester stretchable material. Something you’d buy in say **** ***** store. I contacted company to return for a full refund. They indicated to do that I would have to pay the shipping back to China for a refund which was incredibly expensive- far beyond the cost I paid for the items. Instead they said I could get a 10% refund. Like

$12- Of which I have not even received.
