I directly observed the owner of this business verbally attack an elderly customer in the store. The customer had just made a purchase and the transaction was complete. After the transaction, the owner intervened and demanded that the customer return the purchase she had just made. He said he would only give store credit for the return; The clerk was unable to refund the purchase to the customers original form of payment. When the customer refused, the owner insulted her and attempted to bully her into complying, including by calling her names and raising his voice. It was scary for those of us nearby.
