Someone by the name of Jeremy Alexander has taken my property that is for sale and put it on every site possible to say it is for rent and he is the owner (he has also used our pictures too). He is trying to scam people out of deposit and rent with no intention of renting to them (because it's not his property). In the 3 days it has been on the market so far, we have had three real estate agents call us hoping to show the property for clients of theirs that are hoping to rent. We have also had two individuals come to the property to look at it because he sent them there (thankfully my husband was there one of the times and someone we knew was there the other time; both times we were able to tell the people it is a scam). One of the individuals actually forward my husband the email chain between her and Jeremy to show how in depth he has gone with this lie. Unfortunately, it's only a matter of time before someone loses money to this guy, because he is very believable. We are trying our best to contact every site and get the listings removed, but we aren't sure if it is still active somewhere else. Sadly, it sounds like this is happening to more than just us in the Dallas area. I hope people due their due diligence and verify everything before they send money to anyone!
