In this role, you will be accountable for coordinating and controlling the shipment and logistics processes for our customers, ensuring well timed and cost effective distribution of goods. Your tasks will comprise of interacting with carriers and clients, preparing and examining delivery documentation, monitoring shipments, and dealing with any issues which may occur.
As a WAT Shipping Forwarder, you'll have the ability to function from your own residence, and we will supply you with the necessary tools to perform your tasks effectively. You will submit reports directly to the manager and will also be expected to maintain regular communication with your staff and clients through electronic mail and phone.
