Multiple images and videos of puppies sent. Purchased a dog online and paid a fee to hold dog. Initial plan was to pick up puppy in person but the the weather was going to get bad in Dallas. The dog was paid for and to be shipped. After paying for shipping, the pet courier called and requested $950 for a covid 19 vaccine for dog and a crate. They stated that it would be refunded. This money was not paid. I then asked if a friend who lives in Dallas could pick up the dog, I was told there was a $350 penalty fee.
