A friend of mine gave me Jerry Donald name and I put it in Facebook Messenger, Jerry told me he could get me a grant and send my information to him. I sent the information. He sent a list of grants and how much it would cost to get the grants. The cheapest one was $600.00 for $15,000. So he asked me about how I would send the funds? I told him through my PayPal account. he sent me a email address ([email protected]) to send the money to. I only had $498.00 in my bank account, so I sent $496.00. He had me puchase a Ebay gift card for the remaining $104.00. He also wanted access to my bank account so he could deposit the $15,000. I gave him access and then I got a alert from the bank blocking access do to specious activity. This happened twice where I had to call the bank and change my user name and password. The last time it happened I went to the bank and the bank officer checked my account and the tech she talked to said there was a attempt to install malware to my account. So, they told me to run a Anti Virus Software and contact the bank by phone to reset my User name and Password again. I lost access to my Facebook account and he contacted me by messaging me on my phone. He kept promising that the funds would be deposited to my account. He said he needed a photo of my ATM card front and back, this would be the final step to have the funds deposited to my bank account. I'd been getting the run around long enough and told him NO I blocked him from my phone and told him to keep the $600.00 I didn't care. I asked for a refund but kept insisting the money would be in the bank after giving him the photo of my ATM card. I contacted my friend and he said he got his money, but I was tired of the run around.I also have the phone number he contact me through my phone.
