On 11/24/20 - 11/26/20, I had been in contact with a person who identified himself as Jerry, who had a website
(Jerry's Mini Schnauzer) with puppies for sale. After going back and forth with him, we decided on purchasing two
puppies from him. The cost was $900 for one or $1500 for two. He said he was located in Louisiana and uses
www.petsrelocationsolutions.com to transport the pet via air and then the puppies would be delivered to your
home. I had asked him if he took a credit card but he said no so we had decided to go through Zelle through Wells
Fargo Bank.
His website looked very legit and when he sent the flight information it also looked good. Once the money was
transferred and the flight plan was sent to me via email, he then called me and wanted the other half of the money.
We did transfer to him $500 via Zelle to from one account and the $300 more from another account as the bank
only allows $500 per day per account. Transactions occurred on 11/26/20. I told him I would not send the rest of
the money until I had the puppies and I could see them. He then had a change in his tone and I told him I would
call him back.
After doing more research, I found some discrepancies on the website that he sent to me regarding the flight for
the puppies. We had our reservations about this at the beginning and should have known better. When I clicked on
the link that he had given me and entered the tracking number, the flight plan and all the information came up but
when I queried the company and click on the website and entered the tracking number, nothing would come up.
After looking at both of the websites, it looks like he copies the original website and made small changes to make it
look like the official website. I will put all details below. We also noticed that he took down his Jerry's Mini
Schnauzer website but it does look like it is back up now. I have sent him text messages and called him and he
has not returned any more of my calls or text messages.
We are out the $800 but have contacted Wells Fargo and they are looking into it. They said since the money was
sent to a cell phone number instead of a bank account number, they may be able to get our money back.

We pinged the IPS address 100.24.208.97, which is for his Jerry's MIni Schnauzer, and it came back to Ashburn
Virgina. Doing a reverse geocoding convert Lat Long to address came back to 333 Thalia Road, Virgina Beach, VA
23452.
