Type of a scam Online Purchase
- cannot be delivered to the given address (in Romania, even if they say on the website ”We Ship Worldwide”), so I provided a Canada address
- after few more emails from me asking about the status of shipment, they said they will refund it
- they didn't for a few months, so I wrote them again
- then I provided a US address, but their ”order processing team has experienced some unforeseen challenges that caused the delay”
- after few more months, they said ”Would you like a replacement order? Maybe we can arrange a replacement?”
- I provided another Canadian address, they said they will ship it there
- after few more months, I asked about an estimate date on the shipping. The answer was ”Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide an estimated time as the processing team is working towards it. Will keep you posted on this.” (this happened at one year after my initial order)
- after 13 months (November 2023) since my initial order, they said ”Regarding your email, currently, we are working on your request. Allow us some time. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay.”
