I want to share my frustrating experience with The Jersey Nation in hopes of helping other customers avoid a similar situation. What was supposed to be a thoughtful birthday gift for a friend turned into weeks of waiting, inadequate customer support, and an endless string of impersonal responses.

Initial Purchase and Request to Modify
On October 15, 2024, I placed an order for a jersey (Order #******) but realized soon after that I forgot to add customization (name and number on the jersey). I immediately reached out to their customer service team, hoping they could either update the order or cancel it so I could reorder. No one responded that day, which left me unsure about whether my request would be processed. To avoid missing my friend's birthday, I ordered a second jersey with the correct customization (Order #******) as a backup.

Delayed Response and Unnecessary Order
Finally, on October 16—almost a day later—The Jersey Nation replied with a confusing message, asking why I wanted to cancel the first order. I explained my situation and asked again to cancel it, as I had already placed a corrected order. By October 17, they claimed the order was already shipped, which wasn’t accurate, as the tracking information wasn’t even active until October 18. Their lack of transparency and misleading information left me with two orders and no assistance in rectifying the situation.

Issues with Return and Customer Service
When the first order arrived, I requested a return, but customer service again failed to provide a helpful response. Instead of a return label or solution, they kept asking redundant questions and eventually offered a mere 10% discount on a product I no longer needed. This small discount felt like a brush-off, not a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.

Despite multiple emails, they continued to send pre-written replies that never addressed my actual concerns. When I requested they review my email history, they ignored my request and kept responding as though I was speaking to a bot. It felt like they had no intention of actually assisting me, and I found myself in a repetitive cycle of emails.

Second Order Still Unshipped
Even more disappointing is that my second order, which was supposed to ensure my friend’s gift arrived in time, is still missing. The shipping label was created on October 16, but as of today, October 30, the order hasn’t even been picked up by USPS. This completely defeats the purpose of placing the second order and demonstrates The Jersey Nation's failure to follow through on their promises.

Lack of Transparency in Reviews
After dealing with this, I researched the company further and noticed something concerning: Google reviews for The Jersey Nation are linked to feedback from their own website, where only positive reviews seem to appear. There’s no way for real customers to leave their reviews after receiving their items, leading me to believe the ratings are heavily controlled and not reflective of actual customer experiences.

Final Steps and Bank Dispute
Since The Jersey Nation refused to help with a refund or cancel the delayed second order, I had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank. The lack of accountability, delayed shipping, and poor customer service has been incredibly disappointing. The entire experience feels like a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, customer-centered service.

Summary: The Jersey Nation’s policies, lack of clear communication, and dismissive approach to customer support are deeply flawed. I hope sharing this experience will help others make an informed choice before purchasing from them.

The Jersey Nation – Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Support

Ordered jersey was guaranteed to be here by Christmas. Still no package. Now it is mysteriously “lost” with no further communication. I want my $ back.

Ordered a Jersey online. Tracking information has it listed as sitting in Jamaica queens for 2 weeks. When I contacted the company direct I was first told that it was in another country, then it was stuck in customs, then out for delivery in "few days". All while still being listed as sitting in Jamaica queens. I have not been given carrier info that I requested. I have since requested a refund and that request has been ignored.

My experience with this “company” has been no different than a lot of people here. Ordered my jerseys on 10/23/23 and still haven’t received them. Even after contacting them they still give the same tired canned response, saying they are on their way and they’ve been in contact with the shipping carrier. Whatever! Just a scam and can’t believe I fell for it! I’ll be contacting my credit card company regarding this purchase.

I ordered a jersey on 9/12/23, 2 weeks later i get a shipping confirmation saying shipment is on the way, 2 weeks after that i get an update saying usps recieved the package in my town but no mailing address and no return address so package was destroyed, i contacted jersey nation customer support multiple times by email and every single response was the same stating they will reship the jersey as soon as they recive the bad package even though i sent them the screenshot where usps says the package was destroyed due to no shipping address and no return address, DO NOT order from this company they are a scam!!!!

I just literally ordered here Sunday afternoon I really hope I get it says in transit on its way to Jamaica queens if I don’t get it what should I do?

I placed an order for 4 Jerseys from Jersey Nation on 12/5/2022. The tracking information shows that it has been in Louisiana since 12/12/2022. It is now 1/18/2023 and I have still not received my order and only received a bad looking automated response when I reached out through email. I think I’m going to dispute the charge to my credit card since it was for items I never received.

I placed an order on 12/04/22 and my tracking number says it’s been in Louisiana since 12/12/22. It hasn’t moved since then and every time I email the company, I get an automated response back. They refuse to give me a new tracking number or even tell me when I should be receiving my jersey. I’ve been asking for a refund for a week now, in multiple emails to them, and now they won’t even respond back. I’m just going to dispute the charge with my bank since I’m sure I won’t get my jersey OR a refund at this point in time. Lesson learned!

Big online presence no actual store. No one is working customer service or shipping or fielding complaints and an a recent article shows young owner just became a millionaire. Sounds easy to do when you are running a gigantic scam.

2 separate orders were placed a day apart. Both were given what appears now to be a phony tracking number that initially showed the jerseys in Jamaica Queens. They have been there since 12/12/22. When ordered I Han a 10 to 12 day fulfillment window. I reached out to the company with several emails and received no response.

I tried them on their social media pages, still nothing. They are still promoting new sales but others are still waiting. This was a shark tank company. Calling the credit card company today.

My wife placed an order on Dec. 13. Today is Dec.27. The provided tracking number still will not track, unavailable. We were hoping to get the item by Christmas, now just hoping to get item at all. Tried all methods of communication, no response. Credit card charge cleared immediately, funny how that worked.

Purchased from this site earlier this month for a Xmas gift well within their 7-15 day shipping window. Received a tracking number that has shows the item as sitting in Louisiana for three weeks now, no movement. Contacted them and got no help other than basically getting them to say it’s coming from China. So I can only assume the tracking number is phony. Terrible.

I ordered my items in November and was assured Christmas delivery. It is now the 22nd of December and my tracking number shows no movement since December 7th. Clearly phony tracking number and a scam company. Tried repeatedly to get assistance from jersey nation, no phone number and same canned automated email response over and over again. Beware

I ordered an item Nov 30. the tracking says is has been in Louisiana for 7 days and no movement. I emailed the customer service and no response. Very disappointed that there has been no contact. If I will not be receiving my item I want a refund!

Has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received my order. This the second time I have contacted you and still there has been no progress on my order and believe I have been scammed. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

Cheap jerseys they take their clients money then use it to purchase the products from china. I purchased in march still haven't received my order, and they refuse to refund me. I believe this is a kid running this scammer business due to the multiple typos in responding to me. Terrible experience!

I ordered something two weeks ago and it said it shipped on March 2nd but according to the tracking it’s still in Los Angles. It looks like I won’t be getting my order. I wouldn’t order from this company.

I keep getting blank emails with the subject line that state the shipping has changed. In reality it’s just been hanging out in Los Angles for two weeks. Again, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all-who knows if you’ll get what you ordered.

I placed an order that said 2-3 weeks shipping and my order still has not shipped. Is Jersey Nation legit? I spent a lot of money and have already tried reaching out via chat and email. What is the next step to getting in contact with someone to check the status of my order?

I am having a similar experience in that I ordered an item nearly a month ago, and tracking shows that so far, only a shipping label has been created.

I e-mailed Jersey Nation, and they replied that the item is in transit. After I pointed out that tracking contradicted this statement, they pretty much admitted that they do not carry items in stock inventory at their site but source their products (on order?) "internationally" (read: China, most likely).

At best, I expect this item to turn up months from now, similar to an eBay experience I had with a Chinese vendors years ago.

More likely, I've been taken for $50+.
