He or She went by the name Kimberly. She has a site on Facebook called Tea cup Yorkies for sale in Dallas; Pet-Service and another one called Jersey Teacup Yorkies. We sent $400 using Cash-App for a deposit on a puppy that does not exist. We have a 14 year old Teacup and are looking for another male before "Boulder" passes. Teacup Yorkies have become scarce ever since we all were blessed with the pandemic. Teacups intelligence level and personalities are off the chart and one of the most popular in dog sales. What is scary is the websites were very real and seemed to be in order and these scammers have real gotten good at what they do. Later I discovered the address they were using with Google maps on the Facebook site is a parking garage in downtown Dallas. I am 62 and this is the first time I have been scammed because I have always been careful. The $400 was sent to Arley Lopez - $916Arley which Kimberly claimed was her husbands. We were not suppose to realize it was a scam until we went to pickup the puppy. It was taking a while for them to accept the payment and Kimberly asked for a screen shot proving we had sent the payment. That is when I got suspicious and used Beenverified to check the phone number they were using. The number was checking out ok but then about a minute and a half after the payment was accepted I found the number was used by a person named Kimberly to scam a lady in North Carolina out of $200 for a deposit on a puppy back in 2021. Immediately after finding out the bad news I reported it to Cash App and they shut $916Arley down probably 3 minutes after the payment was accepted. I just hope they didn't have time to get the money off the card. I also reported it to Facebook and in 58 minutes they messaged saying they were leaving the site up which is not right in my book. But all you can do is click on Fraud/Scam and send it and there is no way to describe the facts about how the site is being used. My opinion is someone needs to wake up on the support team at Facebook! The Facebook page ID# is 100309095771272. They also use https://kimberlyteacup.com. and jerseyteacupyorkies.com. What I do not understand is how can they be using the same phone # and websites for as far back as 2021 that I know of. They will get theirs someday with no thanks to Facebook. Beware and keep your guard up at all times! God Bless
