They are complete frauds. They sent us a contract with 30% to be given before work started and rest to be paid afterwards. The moment money changed hands so did they. They demanded more money when we said honor the contract they sent us a new one to facilitate themselves. When we refused to pay before work is finished as per contract sent by them they stopped work only did 10% work. Sent us threatening letters. Save yourself from this fraudulent family owned business. Out of four weeks of work promised they showed up for total 8 days out of those 8 days they only put in 7 hours on one day rest of the days they did so bad and do less work you can just see few pics. 10% of work done that also crooked/cracked tiles laid. Even mortar not removed and tile laid in middle of the room.
