We paid for a puppy that said includes certified health and immunization certificates, AIRLINE Approved crate (Sof-krate N2 Series) climate controlled pet class flight, 30 day money back guarantee with EVERY PUPPY. Our choices for payment were through Zelle or Cash App. We paid 650.00 through Zelle. We set up a delivery day and they finally sent an invoice with all our info with payment and departure and arrival but no flight info yet. Stated it was processing. This was through Phoenix Logistics. about the time our "PUPPY" was to leave Texas we got an e-mail from "Animal Relocation Company" stating they could not ship our Puppy because the crate was NOT approved because of weather conditions. When I e-mailed the Seller (Jesse golden retrievers) about this they asked to send them a copy of this e-mail. She then tells me that I need to put down $1000.00 through zelle and will receive it back upon delivery of the Puppy. I respond and tell her they were supposed to supply the crate and we would just like a refund. She said "we understand perfectly lets call the delivery agency for clarification. This is when she reiterated what the delivery guys said. We need to spend the money on different crate. I explained again we did NOT have 1000.00 extra to get this crate. She asked HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE and we can look for a way to confirm so your puppy can be delivered to you today and your refunded. She sent me another E-mail stating "The delivery agency said we need to be fast so the puppy doesn't miss the flight. HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE SO WE CAN FIGURE a way to complete the payment for you puppy to get delivered today. Then I get a call from so called delivery agent company...PROFESSIONALS ANIMAL RELOCATION COMPANY.. So called sub branch in Austin Texas. I gave my phone to my husband and the Hispanic gentleman on the other end was at a loss for words and could NOT answer any of my husbands questions. PLEASE SAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,
