Nylar Henry was the real estate agent.  I came across him online on Facebook.  My daughter showed me the picture and I called him and I told him that I wanted to look at the apartment then he said I had to go online and I had to fill out a application and that fee was $65.00.  After I filled out the application I had to send him the $65.00 and he would lock the fee in and I sent him the $400.00 to him.  I text him back and I asked when could I see the apartment and he requested another $600.00 and I knew then that there was something going on because I never send the apartment and he wanted me to send more money.  I then requested to be refunded the $465.00 that I had already sent him.  He said that the application was still being processed and I could not get a refund back.  I sent him money through Chime.  I have not heard from him since.  I texted him back and told him that this was a scam.
