I been trying to contact this people for MONTHS, many tickets, phone calls since the ring that I ordered fro my moma birthday months in advance its a size smaller, no response whatsover. They basically took my money, gave me whatever they wanted and left and ghosted me for no reason. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I was sucked into purchasing some rings from this website on Feb 1st, 2024. It came in smaller than my actual ring size. I’ve been trying to get them to process the refund and it has been a major pain! They are trying to delay it so it reaches the 30-day return policy. The product looks cheap like kids' fake jewelry. It looks nothing like in the pictures as advertised. Be very wary of this made-in-China junk! They will run away once they get your money! The return policy is just a gimmick!
