I ordered 2 items on February 8, 2021 that cost $188, I used my debit card to pay. (Today is March 12, 2021) They said delivery would take 10-15 business days but sent an email when I inquired about my order saying it would be longer due to delays regarding the shipper and the pandemic. Shortly After that they sent me tracking info from DHL although the website states that they use USPS. I tried to track my package with the number they sent me but DHL gave me a message that said the tracking number was not valid. On 3/7/21 I sent an email requesting to cancel my order & refund my money and I got a reply from MEGHAN REILLY saying that the order can’t be cancelled because it’s been forwarded to the “shipper”. The first shipping update from DHL was sent to me on 2/10/21. So they are lying and giving me the runaround, this website is fake and they are taking peoples money!
