We purchased a “10k rose gold ring with 0.5 karat diamonds” when we received the ring we took it to two reputable jewelers to verify authenticity, both jewelers told us the stones were not genuine, and the gold was not gold. Jewelry empire was unable to provide paperwork regarding the ring, and refused me a refund or exchange.

I bought my daughter a gold chain on 10/13….10/14 the chain popped. Ok we take it back that Tuesday 10/17 ( he’s closed on Monday) and I pick it up yesterday. I try it on her and as I am taking it off, it pops again!!!!

At this point, I don’t want the necklace anymore, I want my money back because I don’t know what the hell this is that I have purchased. I’ve worn real gold jewelry my entire life, I’ve never been into costume jewelry and have never had this happen before. A good business owner, and a reputable business owner would do the right thing and give me my money back. But no, he wants to argue with me say I could’ve done it on purpose and that I could’ve been too rough when all I did was try the necklace on, my daughter didn’t go anywhere.

The numbers given go to some poor lady who knows nothing about this. And the emails I sent on the contact form were returned.

Last week, around 5/10/2019, I was in the front yard working, a car stopped by me and a lady open to door, she said her kid is sick and she is selling her gold diamond ring, it is worth several thousand dollars and she is only asking $500, I feel sorry for her and she seems so sincere, I said I do not have enough money with me.

She said we can go to bank, so we went to bank, withdraw the money and gave it to her. Few days later I showed it to my friend, he said he has never seen a diamond cut in such a way.... So, I went to a jewelry store, the owner said it is not a diamond and there is no gold in that ring
