this company is a auction company they sell jewelry. back in November i bid for a item a diamond ring, I won the bid for the amount of $400.00 . the item arrive and when I open the package the ring was fake and the reason is the ring was bending. I tried to contact them and they tried to lower the bill and i told them i was sending the item back and I wanted my money bac. I submitted a claim with my bank and they try to claim the money. the jewelry room they responding that they are not giving the funds back. which they also have the item and my money. they dont reply to my email and i cant get of hold of any one. I have supported documents to prove the item has been send back and my money never refund. PLEASE HELP
