I contacted you in July regarding this company. I am sending a second report because, three days after I reported this company to the agencies recommended by the Better Business Bureau, I received an email from the company I reported. This leads me to believe they could be monitoring for reports of fraud against them. Please see the follow-up information, as well as the original complaint.
On June 23rd, I published a review of the on-line company JGdress (when charging youR account, they show up as Everliv Limited). After receiving no response to my request for a refund from the company, I contacted the Better Business Bureau seeking help. They were unable to locate the company and said packages from them ship from a warehouse. They recommend I contact several agencies who investigate on-line scams or fraud. I forwarded the information to these companies on August 7th. On August 14th, I suddenly received an email from Jgdress, apologizing for the delay. They asked that I take pictures of the merchandise and e-mail it to them. They assured me if the merchandise was undamaged, they would begin processing a refund. As you can guess, I have not heard from them since. It may be they are monitoring sites researching fraudulent complaints again their company. While I feel sure I will never receive a refund from them, I will continue to report them and review them on any site available to me so that other buyers are not scammed by this company.

I placed an order with this company April 9th. I did not receive the merchandise until the second week of June. The dresses were not what I expected, so I have been trying to return them. For some reason, the order had been duplicated, so I actually ended up with four dresses I cannot use. I have emailed the company twice to determine how to proceed with retuning the purchase, as there was no shipping form enclosed in the package. I have yet to receive a response.
