January 25, 2023: Answered Facebook Ad offering discount pantry cabinets. You had 30 minutes to complete the sale to get the "unbelievably low price". I purchased the 2 cabinets and received a legitimate-looking email including a picture of the items ordered stating that my order had been placed and to allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. There was tracking data available and when I clicked on the link about 30 days later, stating that the product had been delivered. In February, I did receive a pair of white gym socks that had a foreign address on it but because I was also ordering from Temu at the time, I assumed it was another delivery. I emailed the customer service email and was told that a warehouse worker had put my shipping label on the wrong order. I was offered a 5% discount and now the product was sold out and in the process of being manufactured again. In May 2023, I emailed customer service indicating that I had still not received any packages. This time I was asked to be patient, offered another 5 percent discount, and told it would be shipping. It is January 11, 2024. I have not received my item and no reply from my email to the customer service address. I basically paid $30 for two dollars worth of socks that I did not order
