the whole website https://www.jingus.com/ looks legit, and I have checked online before and it says it is a legit company, and when I ordered clothes from them which

was 6 months ago, at first they said they will ship it as soon as they can, then after that they don't respond anymore. now after 6 months I have not received the things I ordered and they can't be reached, no money back, nothing

I made a clothing purchase back October. The quality was so poor I returned them. They made me PAY to return the items and said I would recieve a full refund. Tracking information shows the items were returned. When I emailed asking about my refunded I was told I already received my items. That's the last I heard back. I have emailed multiple times since. There is no phone number listed to call.
