On 8-11 2020 I ordered a floating water pad through this scam company. Paypal paid it and to this day I have never received it. Countless number of emails to this company only to receive a message saying it was delivered which it wasn't. I sent them the info back and now they are saying they will send me a tracking number which I never received. It's been way too long and now I will contact Paypal and if they don't refund the money I will stop using paypal all together.

Ordered a set of router bits in October. They have never arrived and Paypal closed my dispute in their favour on the basis of a false tracking number.
Total scam supported by Paypal.

I ordered a jacket in september, received an email with tracking, said it had been delivered and put through the letterbox! Impossible! Contacted them they admitted they'd sent the wrong tracking details and they'd be in touch. They will not refund me complained to PayPal where they sent the original tracking saying it had been delivered, completely ignored any further information proving I hadn't received it! Nearly the end of January still no jacket or refund! Disgraceful service.

Ordered a set of wrenches, What was advertised and what I got was a cheaper set. They picture one thing and send something else, it's cheaper and if you want to send it back you have to pay the postage which will cost often the price of the product you paid for. I also sent for a nut splitter set, a set, the set shows 4 different sizes, I got one of the four. They will never admit their error. My advice, you buy from this company, your going to get burned! Not only will you get what you didn't order but it will take more then a month to get the product you didn't send for!

They keep saying they shipper has problems with the system and cannot give me a tracking number. Also, Paypal doesn't do anything. II ordered 6 pairs of glasses from INZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED in October. When I asked, they said they would give me the tracking number, which never happened. I complained to paypal and they denied my case because they said that the company had somehow shown them that the product had arrived, which is a lie. I lost 65 USD. It was a scam and endorsed by paypal.

I bought an iPhone screencover online from JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY who were advertising on Instagram as Zobare.com . I received a tracking number which appears on the Shopify App (other items I purchased online used this App for tracking & all other items were delivered successfully). When my item didn’t arrive after 26 ‘in transit’ status updates I finally contacted them directly via email at [email protected] . Firstly, they asked me to wait 2-3 days for another status update giving me a new tracking number linked to a different site. Then they claimed my item had been sent to the wrong address & another would be sent out. I asked them to clarify the addresses which they failed to do, instead thanking me for my patience. I sent several emails which they promptly replied to until I wrote telling them I believed their company was either a scam or a total disgrace demanding a refund. I have now lodged a dispute through PayPal...I only wish I had researched their company from the outset as I would have discovered the voluminous complaints warning others about this contemptible scam company!

I to fell for this scam. I bought from this company some holiday window projections and never received it. I file a dispute with paypal and was denied because apparently the company has proof of delivery. It wasn't until i research the company that I found all these complaints, but by that time I was $55.98 too late.

Ordered a double handle rivet tool for 83.99 on the web in October 10th or 11th with paypal account. Filed complaint in middle of November. They said it shipped to their shipper. They also said it was delivered. LIE. Paypal closed the case. They dropped the ball. I'm going to do the tracking myself to see who or if it shipped through. Damn Scam

They gave me a false tracking number just last week saying the item had been delivered on the 15 January 2021. I phoned Royal mail and I didn't even have to say this scam company's name. Royal mail told me. They checked on the tracking given by China Mail. False again. The tracking number was not registered to my address/ my name or my postcode.
Total scam. So I phoned PayPal up and PayPal are going to phone Royal Mail to confirm.

I too was ripped off by Jinzhou.

I ordered a 3 piece blanket and pillowcase set from the luckylamb website, one of the many fronts for Jinzhou network technology co., limited, back in november. It was 58.99 for a 3 piece full/queen bed set and was to have free shipping. First red flag was they charged me for shipping so i had to contact them about it. Thankfully they did refund the 5.99 shipping.

Then I had to contact them 4 times over a month to see where the product was as it wasn't shipped for weeks. When I finally received the product imagine my shock to find a small light, flimsy throw that wouldn't even cover a twin bed and no pillowcases that didn't look like what I ordered. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos of the small throw and informed them it was not what was described on the site.

I measured the throw and it was 3.8ft by 5ft. Definitely not a full/queen. They responded by saying it was what I ordered and the pillowcases had to be ordered separately, which it did not. I went and triple checked my screen captures (I never order online without taking screen caps of what I order.) The webpage still says it is a 3 piece set and you don't need to order the pillowcases separately!

I was scammed out of $58.99! This small throw of the wrong size, no pillowcases, and wrong colors is not what I ordered definitely NOT worth nearly $60!

I ended up having to make a dispute with PayPal who told me they would give me the refund only if I mailed the blanket back to China. So, I did. It cost $43 to mail it back and I'm still unsure I will get my refund. PayPal says they will refund up to $30 of my shipping but we'll see since they are clearly in cahoots with jinzhou.

So, long story short, avoid any companies run by JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED they will rip you off.

(Fyi: the PayPal community board has tons of messages complaining about this company and their ways for further proof not to do business with these people).

They are such a rip off company! My husband ordered a telescope he saw in an ad on Facebook. It never arrived although the company sent me a tracking number from the supposed shipper. When the tracking number showed it was delivered, I checked with the local post office. They had a record showing "something" was delivered but to an address several streets away. Probably was nothing but an empty envelop! Jinzhou said the shipper sent an incorrect tracking number for my order. Nothing but lies and excuses from them. Turned it over to PayPal and was denied a refund because it showed it was shipped! Nothing but a scam and I believe PayPal is certainly aware of it because of so many complaints they have received. Of course, the last I heard from Jinzhou was they have been waiting to hear from the shipping company! My order was placed in September and I know I will never receive anything from them! We have never seen another ad from them on Facebook since then!

I ordered a jacket on the 31st August £29.99 and paid through PayPal. It never arrived. Opened a dispute through PayPal. E mailed company who said it had been sent but they didn’t have a tracking number as yet. I asked fir my money back. PayPal found in their favour saying they’d been sent proof of delivery, but didn’t send me this proof. I’m not in the habit of lying and have never received this jacket. As with the many other people complaining on here. Why are PayPal letting the company get away with scamming everyone?!?! Have always used a PayPal thinking it covered your purchase and stopped this sort of thing happening. Obviously I was wrong!

Royal mail tell me the tracking number for the delivered item was not my home address. There are no contact details for this company for me to chase for evidence of where they sent it so I can prove to paypal I didn't get it!

We are in the same position. We were told the same by Royal Mail this week. Royal Mail told us to contact PayPal and tell PayPal to contact Royal Mail. Then they will give them proof it's a scam. They have been contacted hundreds & hundreds of times. PayPal know about this scam. So does Martin Lewis on the TV.

Birthmoon and JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED are the same company. Their a couple of F---ing Chinese thieves. I ordered a telescope for $46.90 and never received it . I contacted them several times and was told to be patient giving me tracking numbers that didn't exist. I contacted PayPal and was denied saying I received item that had been left on porch. I live very rural and even have a security camera so it wasn't stolen. PayPal doesn't seem to investigate companies before allowing their services. This is the second time a Chinese company screwed me and PayPal did nothing. My advise is "Don't Use PAYPAL" find another more secure payment service.

I have been scammed by this company like many others, I complained to PayPal and they decided give the reason to Jinzhou Hengchuan Network Technology Co. Ltd. I'm thinking complain to Financial Ombudsman Service, because PayPal must to know the situation after more than 20 complains with the same business.

I ordered a Red Coat on the 1st Sept, £29.99 paid to PayPal, I like many other people have never had a reply or have received the coat even though they have taken my money, Please do not use these people, it is just a scam and from all the other reviews this so called firm must be making a lot of money without sending out the orders. PayPal must be aware of this scam but choose to stay quiet.
