They robbed me! I took my TV to get repaired at the shop, they asked for an advance payment of $220 and called me 3 days later that they needed more money to buy additional parts. I transferred additional $180 wirelessly. 2 weeks later, they asked for an additional $180 and said they needed more time to fix TV. Today, I came to the business to pick up TV and owner closed his business and didn’t give me my TV. When I called he was dismissive and didn’t care about making things right. Now he is avoiding me and I was cheated and robbed and this is very wrong! I have evidence of all the payments I made to have my TV repaired, only to be taken advantage of. They kept my money and my TV- this is officially a theft. My TV is a 65” Samsung smart TV.
