Signed a contract in June 2023 to tear down and replace a deck. When the code enforcer called them to start work, they came for one day and tore down the deck in September. Many calls later, they put up support beams and a few floor joists. Does not return calls and now it is 11/15/23 and we do not have a deck and have heard nothing from the owner,

Scam construction company, posing as legitimate contractor. Took 50% deposit and never showed up on the discussed days. We asked for a refund and J P Threatened my husbands life, told us we were never getting our money back.
