I have not received any contact from Joancee Jewelry since placing my order and being charged. I have email the company several times but have not received any communication back. After two weeks of emailing, I received an email stating that my order had to be custom made and would ship shortly.

I received an email 17TRACK saying my order shipped. the tracking number provided showed nothing for days. after a week, it said it was delivered to my post office but declined and sent back. When I checked with my Post Master, she assured me nothing had arrived in my name or sent back.

this company is a complete fraud. DO NOT be fooled like I was.
