I purchased 33.00 dollars worth of yarn from the website https://www.joannusofficialstore.com/ and have not recieved any updates on the order i placed. I lost $33.00. Many people online are talking about how Joann is having a lot of fake websites that are not truly authentic. I used the website https://www.joannusofficialstore.com/ and tried to contact customer support at [email protected] but got no help.

I received email to order items on Joann Fabrics going out of business sale. On 3/5/25 I ordered miscellaneous items for a total of $40.32. I received an responding email on 3/5/25 stating they received my order and will notify when it was being shipped via Federal Express. My credit charge account was also charged for the items for $40.32 on 3/6/25. The merchant showing on my credit card was AWX*Namel/Shop/https://gcgirCO. I have never received any additional emails or tracking information. Once I went to Joann's website to check on my order and it showed the following: IMPORTANT NOTICE: BEWARE OF FAKE JOANN WEBSITES, as of Wednesday, March 5th purchases on Joann.com has been disabled. There are no other authorized working Joann shopping websites,

Oct. 13th I placed an order with Joann's from an ad on Pinterest. I started to track it and discovered it was supposed to be delivered Nov 10th. It actually said it had been delivered. Definitely has not!

The site store close outs clearance signs etc were directly copied off JoAnns sight..

I have bought from stores closing directly in the past and did get 80-90% off the merchandise. That is why I fell for it. They capped transactions at $70 . I broke it down into 4 transactions. Fortunately the authorization did not go through on the last 2 purchase attempts.
