I ordered 27 items off of this website. A JoAnn online store stating that the online store was closing and they needed to get rid of the inventory. 80-90% off regular price. The tracking came from Vietnam and said it may take about 4-6 weeks to arrive. I kept track of my package (s) and at one point it said it failed customs in the US. I contacted the shipper and asked why was it failed to clear customs? The shipper said that they would contact the company and see if they could resend my package or refund the money. I wanted my package and the shipper got the package with the tracking number to an email for me. July 8, 2024 I received a small package, one that 27 items definitely would not fit in, at my door. I opened it to find a small bag and box inside from Pandora jewelry and a set of ear buds. I believe I was a victim of bait and switch. I will be getting a hold of the company. And yes it came from JANE in Fairfield, New Jersey.
