I bought 2 tires and a Xbox controller.
Received a tracking number to the area I live in, but no products. I used PayPal, told them what happened and they said the tracking number was delivered. The description said it's 5 lbs. How are 2 tires and a controller weigh 5 lbs? No refund and no response. Be careful.

I just shared experience with this company I just wanted to add that I think PayPal is involved in this scamming and fraud operation I have since deleted my PayPal account and will never use them again do not trust PayPal because I think they are involved in this fraudulent scheme PayPal is a joke this company is in Grand Junction Colorado but my money went to someone in San Jose California not too hard to figure out these people are really pretty stupid and I will take this operation down that is a promise

I purchased two tires from this piece of crap company the people's too lazy to get a real job they rip people off my money went to a patstalsargant4029357733 and they gave me a fake tracking number for medical supplies from Vanderbilt Hospital in Tennessee going to my hometown in Maryville Tennessee that's the way they work I have contacted the cyber crime unit in San Jose California and Grand Junction Colorado I do advise you to never ever ever buy anything from this company they blocked my emails and phone number and now they are operating under several different names also so if you see tires for very very cheap beware I will not stop until these people are shut down and criminal charges are filed against them

Same issue, item never arrived, paypal sided with them. I called UPS who stated that the tracking number that Joannied gave was a much lighter item and sent to another address (was never meant to be sent to me) i have the time of delivery on camera showing no truck or delivery taking place. Im going to try to get a proof from UPS so that i can show to Paypal to reopen my case

I had the same problem too. I lost my money from them. They used me as an example for scam. Paypal let them win my case. I don't know what to do? I try to get my refund. But they didn't get my refund back. I order Animal crossing as well. Joannied shop is a liar, a thief and a scam. I ordered Animal Crossing new horizons for my son's birthday. I never got it. They lied. I'm mad about this. I'm never getting my refund back. So don't go to Joannied shop website they will take your money and run with it. You will be stuck for the rest if your life being used from them. I loss my $45.74 from them. I can't get my refund back. Paypal is on their side winning the case. I'm hurt about this. So please don't order from them. They will keep your money and never give your Item you want. This website is scammable.

I was looking to buy a game for my Nintendo Switch. I searched online for Super Smash Brothers and found this site selling for a good price of $39.99. I saw that they took PayPal as a method so I thought the site would be legitimate. This was not the case. I received an email that the item was being shipped. Even had a UPS tracking number. I was suspicious seeing the weight though as no Nintendo switch game weighs 75 lbs. The PayPal transaction category was camping. I tried emailing the company with no response. I tried calling and got a busy signal. This supposed business is a very elite scammer. I don't know where this package is but I did not receive it and I have a security system. There was absolutely no delivery from UPS. I will also be filing a complaint with them. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they came back in favor of the individual scammer. Do not order from the website "https://www.joannied.shop/" as I warn you, it is not legitimate and even PayPal seems to favor them. I don't understand how they are scamming UPS as well, but they are.
