Scammer posted a sponsored ad on Facebook for JOANN Fabric and Craft Store closing sale. The website used JOANN logo and offered products that are sold by JOANN. When I tried to purchase an item message popped up that item would be held for 15 minutes in the cart . I tried to use my JOANN login but it did not work. I thought it did not work because of the liquidation sale. I entered shipping information and then credit card information. Then the message popped up "DENIED". I tried several times and then the message "FRAUD SUSPICION" popped up. I checked my email and there were several messages asking if I had any problem making my purchase. There were links to complete the purchase but I did not click them. I then closed the page and typed in JOANN URL. That is when I realized something was wrong. I checked on GOOGLE and found information about JOANN scam website. At this point I locked my credit card and froze my credit at Experian.
