We have received various calls from people asking for job interviews as such listings were made on employment apps. We tried searching for these job listings but they always took them off. We finally received a call and email from this woman letting us know that she was being scammed to tell her personal information to certain recruiters that worked in our office. In this email she sends screenshots of the conversations she had with supposed recruiters and they falsify being us. In the email she said,

"Hello,

My name is (...)and I applied for this job posting on LinkedIn where everything seemed correct until the two people you see below (the job poster/recruiter) reached out to me to schedule an interview via Skype.

I was then contacted by a man who claimed to be from HR.

I just want to make sure you know this is probably being used for scam purposes advertising as your office. The posting is still on LinkedIn."

Since we cannot attach all the images she sent, they all basically show that they let her know that they work in our legal business and go on to ask her interview questions and even ask her the unnecessary question of the name of her bank and what type of payment she prefers. These recruiters posted the job details on LinkedIn and we were able to find their accounts. They are called Matteo Justin and Makayla Lim. The victim did not fall for their scam and fortunately contacted us at our real number and email in time.
