I was trying to apply for a job: Director of inpatient rehabilitation Enid, Oklahoma by Universal Health Services Inc. I google searched this job and its description easily pulled up. I entered my email address then it asked me to upload my resume. It just seemed too easy to apply for. I am concerned I was scammed of my personal information and want to know what I can do to help the situation.
