I applied to a job through Workable for a fuly remote Sr. Executive Assistant for ChannelFactory and sent them my resume and contact information. I received an email to complete an EEO form which I completed. Shortly after completing it I received an email telling me I had been selected for an interview for Nonstop Health. The email included an attachment with the job description. The interview was on Teams but it was all through text. I was told if I was selected I would receive a phone call and to give her my phone number. I received a call yesterday saying I was hired and to go back on teams and speak with the hiring manager. I went back on teams and she told me she had sent me an email with the offer letter and other forms. The email was caught by my spam folder and was not the Google email on my resume. Instead it was my Outlook email I use for Teams. I became suspicious becuase the offer letter had formatting issues. They also sent me a W4 and a direct deposit form and asked for a copy of Federal ID. I called Nonstop Health and was told they have heard of a job scam going around.
