After looking at products advertised on Instagram for https://lucyandyak.com, I got an offer on Instagram for lucy and yak products at very low prices. I ordered a number of things and got a reciept thru email with a tracking number. The tracking app said it was coming from China and it took a few weeks for it to 'arrive'. When the tracking app said it arrived, I emailed the company and they said I should ask neighbors to be sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. I noticed the tracking app did not list a specific company (USPS or UPS) and asked the company in an email what company they used to ship the order. They refused to answer the question. In an email I told them I would report then and they offered to return 60% of the money I paid.
