Ordered women’s Air Jordan sneakers in November 2023 for granddaughter for Christmas and never received now February 2024. Sent several emails to their so called customer service who kept saying they were on vacation and they are checking with the shipper. Email even showed a picture of the rep and their id number.

I purchased shoes from this website thinking they are a legitimate website on November 12, 2023. I received a picture of the shoes with a shipping label in the box. Since then the shoes have shown a circle of Departing Shipping Facility since November 15, 2023. After emailing a few times they promised to have the shoes by Christmas. I looked into the website and it says it was made October 2023. Still as of yet, 01/04/2024 I have not received the shoes and they are still in the cycle.
