I placed an online order for baby shoes through Joe Baby Products website on April 22, 2024 and received an email confirmation for that order. Their confirmation email contains a link to "view order" and states I will receive an email when the item ships. I used my bank debit card for this purchase which was instantly charged. I've emailed [email protected] twice, [email protected] and their "contact us" web page form to get the status of my order. They have not replied to any of my inquiries.

It is now 5 weeks since I placed this order and the baby has outgrown my purchase. I don't know how to get them to reply to my inquiries. I eventually sent them an email asking them to cancel the order and refund the purchase but haven't heard from them.

Their website is bogus. Their "About Us" and "Our Mission" is fake.

I cannot find any reviews or other information on the web regarding their website besides their Instagram and Facebook accounts. I can't find what state (or country) their business originates from.
