-I wrote a letter to the Bank of America credit card not to charge me and seemed the Bank of America agreed with my protest.
—- The FACT is that I do not receive their SECOND products by MAIL, I ONLY receive the FREE SAMPLE or their FIRST products and paid only shipping and handling, and NEVER ordered their second products. Their second products might be STOLEN in the mail.
But the companies keeps charging me despite I spoke to their customer service Rene and Jessie on 01/15/2018 who told me that the case is over and no more charges.
—- It is amazing when I spoke to the other customer service LOUIE from Evolution beauty on 02/14/2018 saying to pick up their products at post office by number 9200190188656815822274.
—- This is a PROOF that I NEVER receive their SECOND products by MAIL and that is why I do NOT know that the companies wanted me to call back if I do not like their products.
On top of those I receive additional charge for FRAUD DISPUTES for $109 and $109 on transaction date 10/16/2017, OR posting date 01/24/2018 and references number 9301 AND 02AJ see copies, which is nothing to do with me at all.
Thank you very much for your help. I am still upset in this unfair or deceptive business.
