The individual alleged that he was a general contractor which he is not he is a residential contractor. He lied about that. He is taking money and not doing the job. The city shut me down because I didn't have a commercial permit. He had pulled a residential permit instead which I was under the impression that the correct permit was pulled. He lied about that. This scheming individual was hired over a year and a half ago and he never completed the job. The city shut my project down based on the mere fact that the people that he hired to do the work weren't qualified to do the work. He chose randomly from the streets anyone that would show up just to get the money, and it really showed when it came down to the quality and the craftsmanship of the work. Nothing was done correctly. He takes money from one and goes onto the next client and continues this activity until he has swindled several people out of their hard-earned money. There are several others complaining about him. He is taking money from his clients for the betterment of his family back in his country of Honduras. I have been bamboozled out of $35,000 or more. He is laundering the money to Honduras to avoid paying state and federal taxes.I have references from others that have been swindled by him as well.
