I ordered a leather shearling jacket that was 50% off from their website, and they sent me the wrong one. After multiple attempts to reach them, they said it was out of stock and couldn't do anything about it. After 3 days of phone calls and emailing them that I want to return the incorrect item, they finally sent me the return shipping label. Then proceeded to cancel my other order and only refunded me for one of the jackets and never refunded me for the other.
