We found them listed on TheKnot.com advertising themselves as a wedding videographer. They had reviews and a web site filled with what we now realize was likely stock photos and videos. We reached out for a quote and they got back to us quickly. They told us that they were running a promotion and if we booked them that day and paid in full we would get an extra hour of service on our wedding day. All of their communications were via the Knot’s messaging service or email. They provided an online contract and had what felt like automated reminder messages even up to the day before the wedding. Both ourselves and our wedding coordinator tried getting in touch with them via email and the phone number they provided multiple times leading up to the wedding and got no responses. On the day of the wedding nobody showed up or reached out. On the day after the wedding we pulled up the link to our contract and saw it had been taken down, though we luckily had saved it ourselves. Their profile on the Knot was removed as well as their website and their number is now out of service as if they never existed.

We hired this company as a videographer for our wedding after we reached out and they told us we needed to book them within 24 hours to get their special deal of 1 hour additional of service. No attempts of communication by phone worked. It was all communication through email and through TheKnot website. We paid the full deposit and received confirmation they would be there on our wedding day. They never showed up and the next day had deleted their contract and their website and we are unable to review them at all. They stole our money and we now don’t have any video evidence of our wedding. We want to ensure this does happen to anyone else.
